Exploring Innovation at ZITF 2024: A Debut as the NMBZ Holdings Group
This year marked a significant milestone for us as we stepped into the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF) for the first time as the NMB Holdings Group, along with the exciting new additions to our family – NMB Property and XPlug Solutions. With over 80,000 attendees gracing the event, the atmosphere was charged with anticipation and energy.
The theme of ZITF 2024, "Innovation: The Catalyst to Industrialisation and Trade," resonated deeply with our values. We came prepared to showcase some of the leading innovations across our diverse group, encompassing Property, Business Banking, Consumer Banking, Bancassurance, and our cutting-edge tech offerings under XPlug.
Our strategy was clear: demonstrate the value propositions of our offerings and also engage in meaningful discussions at the various business conferences. It was an opportunity to connect with stakeholders and understand their evolving needs.
But it wasn't all business at our stand! We infused fun into our engagements with a VR Booth, games like "Pop the Balloon" and "Lucky Dip," offering cool giveaways that brought smiles to many faces.
Beyond the exhibits and activities, the week at ZITF was about conversations and connections. We weren't just there to promote ourselves; we were there to listen.
