- Valid Tax Clearance/ Tax assessment (newly incorporated)
- Copy of valid ID/ Passport/Driver's License
- 2 passport sized photos for each director/digital photo
- Current proof of residence (utility bill within 3 months). If not in the director’s name, an affidavit from the landlord to support or a lease agreement is required.
- NB - Foreign Directors that will be active in the operations of the business will be required to submit a copy of a valid work or investment permit/resident permit.
